rear tracking adjustment?
Does the rear axle/swingarm have any sort of tracking adjustment? The rear axle on one of my 125D's is out of alignment about 3/4" Center rear to center front is 38" on the right and 37.25" on the left.

That did help for sure. What I found was a stripped out adjuster. I ended up building my own out of a couple of eye bolts. I found some chrome spacers that fit the ID of the eye bolt perfectly and the 10x1.5mm metric bolt. a few other washers and nuts and it's better than new.

axle adjusting bolts
the one problem people have with these adjusting bolts... is that they do not loosen the 4 locking bolts... 2 on the top... 2 at the adjusting bolts ... they should be good and loose,,, then you would not strip the threads.... the adjusters are to HELP ADJUST.. and they should move the axle back easy... not a lot of force to do this... and as you did.. make sure the measurement is within 1/2 inch spread... front rim to rear rim... and 1/2 inch deflection on the chain... and then MAKE SURE THE 4 BOLTS ARE TIGHT!!!!!. then lube your chain... and ride...
