Clutch not working

Went riding the other day and out of no where I heard a noise, throttle would still rev but not propel the bike forward. Also the chain is spinning when I start the bike but not moving the rear wheel. The chain also continues to spin and the bike runs when the clutch is let go. It will also allow me to shift without pulling in the clutch. Am I screwed or what?
