Need new swing arm bushings for my Roketa DB07

Hey all.. bike is ok to ride ... just a little play right now.. I have checked the bolt.. and it is tight.. you can see the play is in the bushing.

Any Idea where to get a replacement? Heard Roketa.com was not a good place to deal with.
Bruce at EJ suggested taking it to a machine shop and haveing some made.. But I need the bike now.. and would prefer a bolt on replacement if I can get it... if not then I will follow his advice.

Thanks

Ken

I pumped grease into the swingarm pivot when mine had minor play. Took care of the problem for a while until the grease ooze out again and you need to refill it again.

does your swing arm bushings look like a hallowed out pipe that fits over the bolt but inside the tube, ?
if so take the old one to ACE hardware they have a nuts and bolt isle with a round bushing tray bin , something to check out if it matches up,
i did something simular had to drill the hole out bigger for the bolt to fit through, worked great

www.fastenal.com might have more of a selection if ACE doesn't have some to fit. Next option would be to try to see if Honda has something.

Bruce's suggestion of the machine shop would be your last resort if all the other options fail. It may be your only option though.

My Roketa had some play in the swingarm from day one. Hasn't gotten any worse so I haven't worried about it. I grease it with each oil change and all is good. Unless it's really severe, I wouldn't worry about it. The tolerances on these bikes varies a great deal.

The Chinese don't use "off the shelf" bearing sizes for the swinging arm or shock bushes. I've had to buy bushes a little larger and have them machined down to fit, and new bearing sleeves made.
