Grin 2020 Tao TBR7 Exhaust adeventures

I ended up removing the stock muffler after getting motivated by watching motocheez videos for the Hawk 250. I ordered the STONEMEN Full Exhaust Muffler System Slip On For Honda CRF150F CRF230F 2003-2013 Titanium which did not fit and I ended up returning it. The issue I had with this was the exhaust manifold holes were undersized and needed to be drilled out to 1/2" with drill bit. I drilled them out but went thru 3 drill bits to do it due to trying to go too fast thru the metal. The biggest issue with this exhaust on the TBR7 was the mid pipe bend bent towards the frame and I didn't want to fight bending it the way it needed. I ended up ordering Full Slip On Exhaust Muffler - Complete Exhaust System For For CRF230F 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 from Amazon. No drilling required and it fit. The only thing I had to do extra is get a bracket from a u bolt clamp from menards to use as a bracket to connect the muffler mounting bracket to the bolt used for the rear rack. The sound is awesome and makes riding the bike more enjoyable. Also reduces weight because the stock exhaust is heavy and just a piece of crap with an exhaust recycle valve.....
