Bad experience at Peacesports.com

I ordered a set of Brozz 250 tires from Peacesports.com. The front tire has a low spot that did not get better with soapy water, 10 miles of driving, overinflation to 45 psi, and beating with a mallet. This tire is okay for dirt, but I'm afraid it will shake pretty bad at highway speed.

I emailed them 7 days ago, described the problem, and included a video. They have not responded.
