TBR7 seat shaving results w/pics
I didn't like how the seat shoved me forward, so I pulled out half of the staples, peeled the cover back, and shaved the foam with a belt sander. Then I stapled the cover back with 1/4" T50 staples. In the pics you can see how much I shaved, and the result. My riding position is much improved. (I am 6'0) Here is what I learned:
1. I should have shaved it more. 2. Wrinkles are not an issue. (The cover is stretchy.) 3. My Powershot stapler needs a little more power. |
