Stator help.

Afternoon guys. I'm needing help finding the stator for my 2018 Vitacci Pentora 250 ATV. The engine is a Loncin LC166FMM.
Vitacci themselves don't know how to find it. I went to my local dealers, 3 of them, including the 1 where the ATV was bought. 1st one had the wrong stator at $65. 2nd had no clue and had no parts. 3rd wanted $175.00, because the come from china! (really?) Not paying that (plus they did not have it either). I went through the forums, but did not find the answer. If I missed it, I apologize. The pick up coil seems to be what's wrong.
It's 5 wires in total, 8 coils, a 2 wire pick-up coil.

I trust the collective knowledge on here better. So here are some pics of the stator and some of the measurements. Hopefully someone here can help me find it.

Can't seem to load the pics to the forum for some reason. If anyone can help, I'd be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
TORKER.

Thanks for the page. I did e-mail them twice 2 weeks ago, no answer. tried calling them, no luck. My ATV stator is not on there, unfortunately. I'll try again, maybe I'll get lucky. I already got sent the wrong stator, so I'm a bit worried that it will continue to happen and there is no returning them. That was the reason for uploading the pics of my current stator.
Unfortunately, I could not upload the pics.

The pick-up trigger has 2 wires, when most have 1. Is that something I should be worried about? I know it grounds itself with the bolts, but not sure if that will work. And the bolt spacing for the trigger is different (smaller) than most I've seen online, so it wont fit.

I'm pretty sure someone on here will know who has it or where to get it. I'm hopeful.
And I really wanna go back to riding/racing.

If I could just upload those stator pics.

TORKER.

You might want to consider a free image hosting site, like Image Shack to post pictures on here. I do believe there is a size limit, you can browse through this thread for more help.

Thank you for your help. In other news, I have found the correct stator.
$36.00 Not the cheapest one, but way, way cheaper than Yamaha, Honda and the like.
The seller confirmed the dimensions. We'll see.

Did the stator fit?
I was going to suggest repower it with a new engine as a last resort. Might even scale a bit to a slightly bigger engine if there is room.

Unfortunately none of the stators fit. It's like the sellers don't know anything about anything. And when I ask questions, usually, there's no answers. The only one that answered and confirmed the dimensions, sent the wrong 1 and I'm waiting on a refund. Powering with another engine it's an expensive option that, unfortunately, I can't afford at this time.
I have asked more than 20 vendors, no exaggeration, only 1 answered. Ebay, Amazon, VMC chinese parts and countless others. No luck.

If anybody has any leads, I'd love to hear about it. Please, HELP!

What seems to be the common issue with the stators that do not fit? Center hole too big or too small? Mounting bolt holes too far apart or closer together than what you need?

Lastly, what's the issue with the old stator?

Did you look into a free hosting site for posting pictures, by any chance?

The stators that I've been sent have the center hole too big, the holes for the bolts 1mm too small, but the biggest deal is that my pick-up coil has a 30mm bolt spacing and 2 wires. Most are 35mm.

My old stator is grounded somewhere in the coils and the pick-up coil does not work. I thought about having it rewound, but locally is about $130-$150. Pick-up coil is extra.

I did try having the pics hosted, but no luck. I could not get them to 900 x 900.

Still out of luck. this is now the impossible stator to find. I've seen many that may fit, but sellers never answer questions about dimensions and I've been burned twice without any refunds, yet. So I'm, let's say, a bit cautious. Some have 1 wire pick-up coils, but not sure if that might work, if anyone knows the difference.

I really appreciate all you guys help.

Anybody? Any site sponsors? If you have it, I'll buy from you, as long as you can confirm it meets the dimensions.
