Anyone running a 40 Tooth?
I have a 40 tooth layin around and am trying to decide if its worth trying it. Anyone tryed this? If so what was the result? Was is gutless on the bottom end?

Runnin a 39 currently and it seems just right for my Viva which has a lower geared tranny than most of the 200's.
I can go up main street at 25mph in 5th without it complaining. :wink:

It really depends on your weight and how beat your clutch may be, I've ran 42 and 38, 42 still has some low end, 38 is for street, guess you'd be right in the middle, those gears are gonna be mostly street though unless you dont weigh much...

I have a 05 Roketa im running a 15t in front and a 40t rear. Plenty of take of power and top speed about 70-75 im about 185.

On my 200 hybird i got a 16 front and 39 rear, it still tops at about 100 kmh... and i am only 150-160lbs but i only have 200km on it

Im at 17/46 now. Its ok but thought I may try the 40.
