Flashing brake light issue

I put LEDS all the way around, flashers and headlight work fine but the brake light is on drugs.

Rear bulb is a LED flasher (Flashes 3 times then acts as normal brake light)
If I turn the ignition on but don't start the bike the brake lights work as intended (AKA they flash 3 times then stay solid when holding either brake)

However, if I Start the engine and pull the brake lever with the bike running (either brake) the brake light just flashes continuously.

I have an upgraded battery if that matters, not sure what could be causing this issue? Any ideas?

Edit: Brake light works correctly with headlight/run lights turned on?
