speedy mcturnsignal PROBLEM SOLVED THANKS ALLEN

pulled rectifier, checked connections used some dielectric grease on them reassembled and the turn signels are working.

all my turn signals flash really fast at an idle, after the bike revs past about 2,500 the signals slow down to the normal blink :?

am I losing my battery?

am I losing my relay?

am I just going nuts?

help :(

regulator/rectifer?

Sounds like to much voltage is getting through.

I make a really poor electrician to begin with, so how do I test to make sure?

Do your lights get really bright when you rev the engine?

He would find a voltmeter handy.

It's odd that they blink faster and brighter at idle. Unless the battery is hott and fresh, and when he gives throttle the regulator over regulates.

I don't know but after I switched out most of my electric's on my chinabike, (even for other other/better china parts.) it then preformed flawlessly. For me, a honda solenoid, china rectifier, and I think regulator. But that's just me, I had a Xingyue.

hey fellas,
I am pretty sure the problem was actually a bad connection on the rectifier. I pulled the rectifier off and used some dielectric grease on the connections plugged them back togather, and the lights started acting normal after that.

Wow. I got an electrical problem right. That is my weak area. Just the symptoms pointed right to to much voltage.
