Vatacci Titan 250 questions

So I ordered the bike and it should be arriving tomrow morning and i had a few questions about the bike.
the first one is about the oil screen, I was thinking that I could use a oil filter relocation kit and put a real filter on it but was wondering if anyone knew if the oil pressure would be enough or if it would just starve the engine of oil.

next question is the Delphi efi a self tuning system because I would like to put a big bore kit on it but would like to know if it is going to need to be tuned or if a little bit of riding would allow the computer to tune its self.
