VBike...Which ATV
I've been lookin' online at these quads for a bit and have decided, well almost, to go with VBike based on price and the mostly positive feedback about them. I'm undecided about which one I'm going to get, so thought I'd get some opinions. I'm not expecting a Honda, don't plan on doing big jumps, just ridin' round in the field and puttin' around with my lil' girl in the yard on occasion. I like the V3 'cause it's cheap, auto and according to the specs, wide. The V4S seems like a great buy, and the V5S appears to be much heavier built by looking at the swingarm. And for just a bit more, the 300T looks decent as well. So, what do you think...what do you think is the dollar for dollar winner. Most likely, they'll all do for my purpose, but would love any first-hand input from owners of any of these.
Thanks in advance, JC |

I just sold my v4s due to not having anytime to ride it.I would say for the money you will be hard pressed to find a better bike or a faster bike.I owned a hi-bird 250cc atv befor I purchased the vbike the differences was like night and day in the quality and performance.Iam also a member of another forum that is dedicated to ATV's and there are several people in that forum that own the v4s and the feedback on them is very positive.
Pluse they have a lifan motor .If you have any question just ask I miss that bike and can't wait till my daughter is done playing comp softball so I can have a life again.(I don't mean that in a bad way we enjoy this time we are having with her).

Well I can tell a little about the V4S because I have a 2007 and my brother-inlaw has a 2008. For the money I don't think you can beat it.
The V5 has the same engine as the V4S but has the nicer looking swingarm with the link suspension. One other thing I know of is the V4S gas tank is steel and the V5 is plastic. Problem with V5 is that you paying $500 more for the upgraded rear suspension. My V4S suspension works great. The 250 engine in mine is made by Lifan, one of the highest quality made Chinese engines. The engine is a pushrod style engine and comes with a Japenese carburator. The ATVs run great. Hope this helps. |

Thanks guys,
From what I've read on forums and from your input, I'm leaning heavily toward the V4S. Any other recommendations? |

What about the dimensions of the V4S? Are they as posted on the site, 69X43X44? Does it feel cramped at all to ride or about right? I'm only 5'8" at 160 lbs, so it doesn't have to be a large quad...just don't want it to feel too small from the get go.
Any info in the V4D would be useful too. According to the site, it's 3" more narrow than the sport...I've also heard that the dimensions posted for these quads can be misleading. Thanks guys! |

Well for sure it is 43" wide in the front. The rear tire to tire is a little narrower than the front. Overall I would say the V4S is a medium sized ATV/ I'm 5' 9" and it feels good to me.

Here is a video I made last fall. Its not the best but it will give you an idea of it in action. My daughter thought it was pretty funny I tried to pop a wheely then I forgot to turn the gas on. They sound pretty good with the high performance muffler. They also have the cone type of air cleaner on them stock.I am 6' 250 lbs.
