Certain counties require emissions testing in Pa., but not in the county I live in. I'm going to have to call the company to find out about titling in Pa.
Does anyone know who the manufacturer of this particular bike is? Any experience with them? |

The bike looks to be the same as my Shineray Allroad DB-200C. Decent bike, push rod engine, drum rear brakes. I did'nt have any real trouble getting it tagged in TN. It would have gone a little smoother if the dealer had filled out the MSO.
Check out this bike, looks the same to me and I would probably have bought it instead of the ALLROAD (long story) $$$$. http://www.atvswholesale.com/carb-di...cc-enduro.html Tim |

hmmm....at that price
so $900 at your door, that's 250 cheaper than my hibird came in for. Heck with the MSO I might buy that sucker as spare parts for that price...

Well actually it's $900 + $200 shipping, but still it sounds like a good deal. I'm still concerned about getting an MSO and getting it registered to ride on the street. I guess I'm gonna have to call them.

Thanks for the link. I see that it is out of stock right now, which is not surprising with the cost of gas. I think small bikes are going to become a lot harder to get.

These bikes are meant for street use, that is why they have all the lights and speedo.etc...
I think dealers have to advertise for Off Road Use only because the Chongqing manufacturers also manufacture many pocket and off-road vehicles.these bikes are imported as off-road vehicles.its usually up to the local license authorities....if your title says off-road.just tell them it is a dual sport.some street legal trucks say off-road on them too! Good luck! |

I just titled/tagged my Shinray Allroad in TN. The MSO said "DIRT BIKE" in type but I took pictures with me and showed them. They titled it as motorcycle! They said as long as it did not say "for off-road use only" or "not for highway use" that they could tag it.
Your mileage may vary...... '07 Shineray Allroad 200 |

My 150cc xingyue D/S had a great big sticker that said NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE! I took it off before it went for it's safety cert. The bike saw 1000's of miles of highway
