You went through alot too Kato? I first got the bike in march then it took atvdiscounter 2 1/2 months to send me an incorrect MSO, then it took my local detective in Catoosa county and an arbitrator from the BBB in Dallas Tx. another 1 1/2 months to finally get me the right one at the end of July. When I took it to the Dmv they said the vin wasn't right, had to have a deputy confirm the vin on a form. The form asked for a NHTSA decal, which wasn't on the bike, only a federal vehicle saftey standards sticker, the officer checked the yes box and smiled at me. He'll forever be a "cool cop" in my book. Finally registered and titled. Atvdiscounter won't answer phones and won't help utill they're under the gun by the way, wouldn't recommend them to somebody I hated.

Sorry to hear about your dealings with atv dis. DDG1976.We will continue reading tesimonies like yours as long as they are in business. The owner came on this forum and more or less swore that they didn't opperate like the way you have described in your situation.Time after time since there postI continue to read the same thing, not just in this forum, but in a couple of others.
I don't think that ATV dis. cares about anything but the all mighty dollar. They will continue to opperate as long as the can milk this country and then they will fold. Also we are to blame for dealing with them out of our own greed. I have read very few good reviews about them. They pride themselves out of being one of the largest online dealers on the net,and that is also their excuss for problems slipping thru the cracks. Glad to hear you are finally up and running.

It took a "Cool Cop" to get mine legal too.
The seller really came through though for me. Have to give him credit for that. Allen

I just got confirmation that I now have a photo album in the gallery, but I can't figure out how to put photos in it.

Mine was not the same bike nor dealer nor State.
In the licencing office after several attempts, my wife burst into tears infront of the lady who said no 4 times in a single visit. 90 seconds later I was walking out of the office, plate in hand. Truthfully, I should have thought of it sooner. All of a sudden the Lady behind the desk started moving like Mr. Smith in The Matrix. When I think back, I think," how can anyone with only 2 arms possibly move that fast.
