I'd like to hit bonneville flats next year. My vintage club is going. Utah is a long way from Toronto too. I'd be on a 325cc. You don't need a cruiser to go across country, just ambition and focus.

I read that last night. Cool story in most respects.
I do have a few "issues" with it, though. Picking nits, for sure...but it's not "drifting", it's "drafting". And he didn't drive, he rode. :? And I hated the ending. He was less than 1000 miles from home w/ 2k miles since his previous oil change. He could have made it home before changing his oil, and eventually killing his engine. Otherwise, it's a great, very inspirational story!

Gotta give him credit though, thats a heck of a ride on a 250cc bike, thats like my bike, but I would never try that... although it sounds like a blast.
