XR200 barrel
Haven't been on this site for a while, but I floated a valve in my LB200-2 (buggered it up good). Anyways it gives me an excuse to do all the things I wanted to do.
I got plans for a 32mm flat slide carb, XR200 jug, and a Wiseco 10:1 piston. NO MORE P FOOT'N AROUND. BTW: there is a red line on the tack. Apparently they put it there so you know when you should get off the throttle. I was un-aware of this fact when I broke my exhaust valve.

That is the original problem  I am pretty sure it was the cause the motor was really hot (running on a stand and not using sufficiant fans) and I had just used some nitrous before I blew it. This is why I am not going to attemt any kind of boring or anything on this jug.

Found a jug on the "bay" and went for the leap of faith. I hope it fits. I feel pretty confodent it will.
I haven't mentioned this on this site but there is a problem with the substitution. The XR is an overhead cam not a push rod engine. So a hole will have to be made in the side of the XR cylinder that I purchased. Not to worry the machine shop that is going to be doing the boring to the cylinder can take care of a simple hole to suspend push rod components. BTW: due to the fact that I am purchasing a used barrel I am going to bore it out to .25mm over the STD of 65.5mm. Not as much for performance as for the fact that a used barrel could have imperfections that a boring will deffenitly take care of. Although, 222cc sounds really good. :P

Yeah, it don't work. The timming track on the XR cylinder is smaller.
Oh well it was worth a shot. I have found out that the 185 ATC piston does work in the FML 163. So I guess I am on another quest to waste money to find a Wisco (or other high comp piston) 63.5mm or 64mm piston.

Well you may not be able to put an xR200 jug on the china-bike but you can take a Honda ATC piston (which matches the stroke) and cut it down at a machine shop and get some more compression.
Just thought I would let you guys know.

Yeah, I have been thinking about NOT using any more. I was injecting before the carb, but if I decide to continue using I am going to inject in the intake boot.
