by adj. the air fuel will eliminate it in most cases, some times it could be valves , they might need adj. or a combo of all
best of luck

Make sure you don't have any air leaks between the carb and the cylinder head. The plastic/rubber intake manifold may have a crack in it allowing a lean condition. Check the exhaust to head connection also.

Does it idle well? If it idles, but won't rev you may have a plugged main jet in the carb.

If those suggestions don't work, give us more info. It is not your timing. It could be a bad plug, or a loose plug, and check the plug wire to be sure it is not touching the exhaust pipe. Does fuel flow easily and fast out of the carb drain? The bottom screw on the carb is a drain, to drain the bowel of the carb, turn it counter clockwise and catch the fuel that drains out from a tube visible under the bike. See if it has water or junk. Also be sure you don't have a plugged gas tank vent.

How many miles are on the bike?

Thank you all for the ideas! I did clean the carb out with cleaner twice, the bike does idle well but when giving gas. The bike only has 150 miles on it.

do u know if the person that had it back fired on him ? probly !

take carb off one more time and that should do it........... :?:

just kidding.. do you know the jet size (main) 89mm , 95mm , 105mm, and so on, any one of those , none the less try and go down in size first , 1 size at a time see if it gets worse or better , if not go up 1 size and see if it gets worse or better,

before you do all that have you checked the throttle needle position yet

Idles, but bogs. Is the choke working properly? Maybe it is sticky and staying shut.

It won't hurt to change the spark plug to a new NGK. Sometimes a sparkplug will work at light loads, but not when put under load.

Bike has only 150 miles on it? Is the gas fresh? Old stale gas can cause lots of problems.

Didn't think of that.

Get rid of the old gas if it is still in there.

if you want to cheat, and i know i sound like a broken record here, but try some 100 low lead, it will clean everything out and if you have a jetting problem it will hide it, and in my opinion is better for the bike, but it will eat away the fuel line but then so will regular gas. all you need is a small airport, jug, and some cash. well worth a try
