I believe the Hyosungs are built in Korea probably using standard GY parts, but I do believe the engine is a 2-stroke and not the usual GY engine from China (although it might be from China)

Hyosungs are built in Korea but other than that I don't know specifics. They have a pretty good reputation, somewhere inbetween China and Japan in terms of quality, closer to Japan.
