Today is Bike Day!

Well Guys,

According to UPS Freight sometime between 10AM and 5PM today(thursday) I will receive my China Bike (Viva200sx) So it's a day off from work for me,I don't think the Boss was real happy when I said I wouldn't be in 'cause I hadda wait for my Motorcycle but hey you gotta have priorities, right?

I will keep the group posted as the day goes on

Excited with anticipation!

JoeV

Thanks Steve

And I was pretty much kidding about my Boss,he's very cool with my priorities which not only include the bike but coming in late 2-3 days a week from my morning hockey game and leaving early on fridays when I'm gigging with my band . But it works both ways if he wants to take on work that will require my presence later or earlier I'm OK with that and I am on salary so there is no OT. All in all it is a nice arrangement we have
(if you have to work )

Whoo hoo! Excited for you, hope you get the black one! And that it gets there early, so you have lots of time to play. At least it's close to the weekend!

Just make sure that you don't have to move that crate around much. Have the driver put it as close to where you're going to assemble as possible. IIRC, its pretty damn heavy to move by yourself (that is, if you're home alone).

By the way Penguinni66 I am going to take a guess you are both a Pittsberg Penguin and Mario Lemeuix fan. Yes?

Yep, grew up just north of Pittsburg.

Quote:
The Penguins finished last in the league in 1984. With the first overall pick in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft Pittsburgh selected Quebec Major Junior Hockey League superstar Mario Lemieux, who would become one of the greatest players in NHL history. He paid dividends right away, scoring on the first shot of his first shift in his first NHL game.
After that, it was all history. Being a teenager hockey fan in the Pittsburg area in the late 80's early 90's is something I will never forget.

And what are you doing on the net now? Shouldn't you be at the store buying some loc-tite?

I'll get some shots over the weekend Guys Right now I am beat up till Midnite last nite almost done.

Question: Is there a Manufactures Label on the Steering head, the manual refers to one, I don't have it,I'm guessing it's the one that says the name of the manufacturer, date of build ,etc. Paulie,Sam, Akonababe you folks have this on your machines?

thanks,oh and Sam my mirrors were broken toobut that was it as far as damage although there appears to be a loose connection to the headlight but I'm used to British Elctrics this should be a breeze to fix!

more to come
Joe V
