Isn't there an odometer statement on the back of the MCO? Mine was filled out & I just had to sign it.

you might want to check if there is a minium mile . in wv they will not accept 0 miles my dealer put in 6 , he said that's what he allways does even though there was only 2 tenths on it .

agreed with pumpkin, my odometer statement was on the back of the MCO, in maryland you have to use their special form, which involved more faxing and fedexing....
We put 1 mile on the odometer agreement form, once again, you cannot have "0" miles... the Dmv is totally worthless.. it perpetuates frustration, and i could imagine if i had to go there more then once every few years, i may end up going on a rampage with a sock full o' quarters...

Just a note on the odometer statement. California does NOT require that section be notorized, and I think other states honor the originating states requirements. PA did anyway. If your bike wasn't shipped from California, feel free to ignore this entire post!

They put "1" mile on the back of my MCO. It wasn't notarized, but I didn't need it to be. Crap, no wonder I've got so much other stuff going on...I'm using up all my good luck on this bike. 8O

Pauli,
Did your DMV require you to have a signature on your MCO? Mine is signed on the back but only signed Tomoto, down at the bottom on the front. The back is filled out and all I have to do is sign it and write in my address. They put 1 mile on the odometer statement.

Sam, I'm trying to remember...there was something illegible scrawled on the front bottom, and another signature on the back. The DMV here obviously isn't too picky...no bike inspection to even see if the serial #'s match.
