Sprocket cross reference
I'm looking to get a 14 tooth sprocket for my Lifan and was wondering if anyone had a good source for cross referencing PNs. The PN I have is from Sprocket Specialists, but I wanted to look into other brands.
The PN is: 568X-14 I get that the 14 is the number of teeth, but is there any rime or reason behind the part numbers? Thanks a bunch! Daddy 8)

If you can tell me what other bikes your stock sprockets will fit you can cross reference it on jt sprockets and get any size you want...and they're pretty affordable.

JTF259 is the "de facto" parther for these (428) chinese Honda clones

OK, so a JTF259 is a confirmed fit then? I found an actual sprocket diagram with measurements and it 'looks' right, but oh what a difference a mm can make.

JTF259 would be the 428 sprocket.

Thanks for all the info fellas. I wish there was a way to search all sprocket vendors by spec, and not by make/model number. If you take 4 of the common Honda bikes and go to bikebandit, it seems like all 4 will have a different answer for a front sprocket. I do not have a caliper, so I would like to use less shotgun and more fact when I get around to ordering.

You don't need a caliper for sprocket measurement. A simple metric ruler or tape will do.

The JT sprocket # JTF259 will not fit any Lifan or American Lifan Dual Sport / Enduro motorcycle.....

I seem to remember there being something about that sprocket that was wrong. I think I even read it on these formus somewhere. I just wish I knew which measurement was wrong for my own benefit - trying to learn something new every day
