Owners of the Roketa DB-07 (RJM-200E)

When did you buy yours? Where did you buy yours? How much?

Did it come with a 56 rear sprocket or 46?

Did it come with the push rod engine or the OHC like the DB-07A?

I've recently had to give up on the DB-03 since it appears they have discontinued this model. This is my next thought for my girlfriend, but I wasn't sure about the specs.

Thanks,
Jason

Re: Owners of the Roketa DB-07 (RJM-200E)

I purchased mine last June from XXX-Motorsports. I believe I paid $1047.00 for it plus I added the additional insurance during shipping. My rear sprocket is a 56. It came with the OHC engine. I did have problems with the original motor I had to return the engine and the replacement that was sent was the push rod engine, it bolted up fine but the wiring on the motor didn't match my wiring on the harness. I fought with XXX-Motorsports about 4 months and got nowhere with them including a report to the BBB, so I ended out purchasing a Lifan OHC on ebay which I now have running. My only problem at this point is that I need a 428 front sprocket someone suggested to go with a 17T if I plan on going on the road with it.

Mike

Same company as above, ever wonder how many different names they may actually have.

Yes, they have many different websites, and different prices on each one. The guy I talked to even said that. He asked me what site I was looking at. All of them direct you to the same place, address, phone number, and each site looks the same. So I don't "think" they're trying to have multiple identitys. Its hard to say, they are a distribution warehouse, maybe each site represents a different dealer. They just dropship. I plan on making a very thorough inspection before I sign the delivery paper. It was also purchased with my VISA.

Thanks,
I think you may find the 14/46 combination to be more to your liking. It just depends on the final gearing of the trans. I think the OHC Roketa's have a taller final gear ratio so the 14/46 works out best. You may just have to experiment OR ask MsRandi. I think she may have gotten the same engine as yours.

If I read this correctly, and I'm not sure I do, I'm "wondering whats the difference in sprocket sizes?" I'm not, I'm set. Just waiting on my 17 front.

ATVSimports aka Viva-motors

Hello, I'm new the forum! I just purchased a bike from ATVSimports known also as Viva motors. They claimed Chapter 11 May 22, 2007 the day I ordered and the phones were disconnected this morning.

Anyone else have info on how to get ahold of them? I did not get the title sent out to me before they closed.

Chapter 11? They refunded me my $949 on 6/1/07. I purchased a bike from them 5/11 and it came 5/18 all damaged. I refused it and went through hell trying to get my money back. So VIVA is out of business? I wonder if VISA dropped them after all the disputes. I made all kinds of nasty comments about "business collapse" and "incompetence" when I was dealing with getting my refund. Guess I wasnt too far from the truth. We may see them open under a new name...

Welcome to the site, JBroadster!

Have you actually received your bike? What model did you get? Is it the Terminator? http://www.atvsimports.com/dirt-bike-200cc-enduro.html

I purchased my bike from them in March, and an ATV from them in April.

I would figure out the Brand of your cycle. Who makes it? The one they sent me was an NST http://www.nstmotor.com/db_200.htm Then contact the mfg and ask them for an MCO which lists motorcycle as the type.

Announced 05/22/07
Viva Motorsports, Inc
Bankruptcy
Viva Motorsports, Inc filed a voluntary petition to reorganize under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on May 22, 2007. The company listed its assets of less than $0.05 million and liabilities in the range of $0.1 million to $0.5 million. The unsecured creditors include Bullet Freight, Old Dominion Freight Lines and Daylight. The company hired Shahrokh Mokhtarzadeh, Esq. as its debtor counsel.

My boyfriend called Viva & asked them about the MCO for the atv. They told him to fill out the online form. Weird.
