gio 110 s/arm bushings

after riding for a wile yesterday we had some problems with the boys 110 chain coming off allot

deduced that the swing arm bushing were shot due to the excessive movement.

removed the tiny swing arm from the atv and made a couple of calls....one to saga to find out how much for replacements and one to my guy in abbotsford.

buddy in abbotsford says he can get some made for around $60 for the set and they will last forever. guy at saga says that the ones he would get for me would be the same ones that are in there now and would go for the new ones from the guy in abbotsford.

with his parts and labour should be around 100 or a bit less.

I don't think he ever did, but UHMW is cheap and easy to find. Midlife, I go to Plastic Works in Abbotsford for that stuff. They're just off of Mt. Lehman, North of Peardonville at #102 30468 Great Northern Ave.

I don't understand how a place that makes display cases can fabricate brass bushings for my 110?

Not saying brass. I'm piggy-backing off of Wayne's hockey puck comment. Plastic Works can't fabricate much for you, but they can sell you UHMW for cheap if you wanna experiment.

Brass bushings for $60 sounds like a good plan.
