you could always get a new carb since they are rather cheap. Getting a new carb might be better/easier than trying to buy that little piece thats missing!

What are the jet numbers? Is it stock exhaust?. Your jetting could be off or there could be a vacuum leak somewhere as well. Carb should be taken off and cleaned well too.

Its because bike is still new, put some miles on it and also put normal oil in it instead of leaving whatever they have in there. Many of the bikes hit false neutrals as well when they are brand new....

That canister plugs into....nothing at all lol at least on my bike. Before I removed the whole system it was just hanging there. Its not really supposed to connect to anything.

Thanks for the tips guys. Dan I will go to 1.5 turns out and leave the 40 in for now to see how it reacts and go from there. Also I'll mention that there is NO smell of gas or any overflow tube gas....

Thanks Dan, my buddy said I was rich. But its so weird because when I had my smaller pilot then the revs would hang. I put the 40 in and the lagging revs stopped. Right now I am about 2.5 turns out....
