I think I found a use for that lower lamp in the stock headlight. If the translation is right, Taobao has a couple of
xenon conversion kits for the stock headlight. There are even colored lamps for the
top left and right accent lights.
It seems to turn the upper lamp into a colored accent light with an LED ring and puts a xenon into the the lower projector. I don't care for all the colors, but a nice bright xenon is tempting.
