Took another look at the
cooling system tutorial and noticed a radiator guard on this pic of the right-side radiator.
The radiators are pretty well protected in there. On the outside, they're blocked by the engine bars, then a metal plate. And from the front there's a plastic stone guard. For most people and situations that ought to work just fine.
