Well, I received my GENSSI Elite LED lamps and they are officially AWESOME!!!

This is the third LED I've purchased and tested and these are by far the best I've seen.

It emulates a halogen lamp's overall dimensions, including filament length, orientation and placement.
It uses 25W per lamp.
It delivers 4000 lumens (low or high beam).
It delivers a 6000K white light.
It has a front shield to prevent direct glare.
It has a low beam shield to create a cutoff line.
The lamp can be rotated as needed for an optimal beam pattern.
It has a fanless heatsink.
The heatsink is removable and reversible for tight applications.
It fits the RX3 housing if you cut off the back, which you should, for ventilation.
They cost $50/pair ... so buy a set and share with a friend!

Or search for 'philips lumileds 8000 H4' and look for a set that has a shield over the low beam. The non-GENSSI kits cost about $25 more per pair.
