Here is some info on how to adjust the carb

So to summarize the steps.

Use kit to replace bottom carb screws. ( I ordered a kit so I could replace the screws and the AF adjustment screw.)

Use kit to replace Idle mixture screw aka air fuel mixture screw or idle jet adjust to 1 1/2 turns out

Replace needle from kit that has the steps and place clip in middle position.

Adjust Idle mixture screw for highest rpm. If more than 1 3/4 out replace pilot jet with on 1 step more rich. Repeat this step until right jet is installed.

Check throttle response for hesitation from above 1/4 if hesitation increase main jet by one size.

When I get engine broke in I can do the plug chop.

What I have done so far.

Removed carb.
Adjusted the AF mixture adjustment located on bottom of carb. 1/2 turn more out.
Added two washers under the clip on the needle the stock on does not have more than on clip location.

This got the bike so it would start easy and run pretty good. Look for a thread by me about my Brozz and you will find a bunch of info.

Is there any way you could post the picture of the screw, because I can't seem to figure out which screw it is myself, trying to tune my bike to full capacity

I have a PZ30 on my moto and atv. Mine are from '07-ish time frame and didn't have any of the tamper-proof stuff on it. I've found mine very tuneable... using jets bought off fleabay.

Cheers!
