The RC-3 exhaust on the CSC site looks like a cool aftermarket item. Factory exhausts on small sportbikes are usually cheesy stamped, heavy items.

Agreed. And it sounds really, really good in person. I couldn't believe how aggressive sounding it was.

Here's a video of when the RC3 was unboxed and setup. The sound on the video does the sound "in person" no justice.

I'm not sure what Zongshen did to the NC250 engine to get it to sound like that, but it sure sounds good! My Akra exhaust on my RX3 sounds good, but not as even toned as the RC3's exhaust. I'm guessing the header pipe may be shorter and tuned for higher end power than the longer-length RX3 header and mid-pipe combo.

I can't wait for the first shipment to arrive. I'm looking forward to the ride reviews and comparison tests.

CSC needs to do a 250 4wheeler with the same level of service and they will have the market wrapped up on above average quality China bike offerings.

Maybe with signals and brake lights, so they can be used in areas that allow quads on the street.

Thanks Spud! I was just watching the 10000KM ride the Zongshen riders did. Good to see that Joe's reading our minds and posting videos about the RC3.

Not sure if posted previously, but here is ChinaMotorWorld's write up on the 10,000 KM trip that Zongshen put together for the RC3.

Page 1 - RC3 10KM Test Ride

Page 2 - RC3 10KM Test Ride

Interesting as the article seems to indicate that the tuning is different. I like the flat power and torque delivery of the RX3, but it'll be interesting to see how the power delivery differs.

Here's a link to my post about anodized engine parts you can get from aliexpress.com. They share the same engine (Zongshen NC250), so these parts work for both.
