19" Aluminum Front Wheel
I had a 1989 Honda NX250 Parts bike laying around, and it had a good 19" Aluminum front wheel, so I thought I'd try my hand at lacing up a wheel (always wanted to try it)
So I ordered a front Hub from CSC and once it arrived, I disassembled the NX250 wheel, and cleaned up the spokes, and laced the rim up onto the RX-3 Hub (the NX250's Spokes seem like they are going to be fine) I've got it laced up, but will probably work a little more on it to get it trued up a little better... I REALLY need to get some good spoke wrenches, using a small adjustable is very slow... :( I've got a Shinko 244 tire ordered for it (the old NX250 tire was an original 1989 tire! ), I hope it and the new tube get here this week, so I can try it out Lacing the rim really wasn't all that difficult, truing it is a little tedious, but doable.
