Don't blame Aliexpress, it's mostly delays from either the seller or US Customs.

I will never get tired of saying this on the Netherlands Aliexpress is lighting fast. Due some deals with PostNL.

On Argentina is neither slooow nor Fast just average.

Plus Aliexpress backs their customers, some chinese sellers tried to rip me off with some Computer gamepads and i got my money back.

Did an Apache 3800 top box mod today! Wish it was a little taller but it’s not bad at all! I will be using dry bags for the rest of my camping/adventure gear but I wanted something secure for the daily commute. Also put another 50 miles on her today after lubing the chain. I think a fork oil change will be added to the list of mods I need to do next.

i got my handguards on amazon. it takes some work to make them fit. you have to trim the grips down on both sides and move shit around to get it all to fit. make sure your throttle spins freely i had to cut my grip on the throttle side down a lot.

Like the bike so far, ran a little rough at first. Of course I changed to oil before starting it to Actevo 10w40.
Then got a NGK iridium plug at Oreillys, much better. So before I was even tagged and ready to ride I had a JTF 1264.17 front sprocket delivered believe it or not from Walmart.com. I drove it for about 80 miles in two weeks this month and decided the rpms are a little high at 60mph (during break in, was a little nervous to exceed 8k rpms. This week I loosened the chain, pulled off the front sprocket cover and swapped it out with 17 tooth for the original 15 tooth. Little tight putting the cover back on, had to move the bike in gear to make it go on. But what a difference, big improvement in rpms going down the road at 50-55mph. Feels so much better cruising long distances. Will report actual rpms later as I ride on weekend. Anyways, here it is with new mirrors and a Givi 29L tail box.
I really like that top box. About to order this bike, does it need a special bracket or anything? Does the x Pect come with a cargo rack?

Maiden voyage...

Took my new X-Pect 200 out on the road today and it was a big hit with my neighbors! It seemed to be a bit high geared from what I’m used to, but that might just be me. I prefer granny gear in 1st.
Painted the fairings blue, added a manual chain lube, and installed a security alarm with remote that’s pretty cool (and LOUD, and it works!)
Next on my little bucket list are lower foot pegs and possibly an oil cooler, but it would be helpful if I knew what model Honda is the closest match. Is it the CG200 or another model?
Thanks!

Jsalmi,
That’s the oil cooler you got from AliExpress, put on a X-pect 200, and it fit and works as you expected? The oil circulates well enough? If so, I’ll be ordering one of those soon. Thanks!

The cooler is from Aliexpress, took 6 weeks to get here from China. Its works great, I mounted it a little lower than most here have done. I has a rock guard/screen on the front of the cooler. Just turned 1400 miles on the bike

No bracket required comes with mounting plate and bolts directly to idk if you can call it a rack on Xpect but it has 4 mounting bolts on the back after you remove the plastic piece.

Install Tips, well I just studied the pics of the product and the flow of the oil in the crankcase. Bottom hose out and top hose in, then in the filter canister the screen facing the same way as it was originally in the Lifan engine. The oil cooler comes with no instructions, just take it out piece it together and don't rush. Found that the sealing washers for the fittings are two different sizes. Big ones go on the cooler, small on the adapter. Comes with syringe to inject oil, I used it and then just engine at 2k rpm until I started getting heat in the cooler. It's a really nice looking unit for the price, I was expecting a lot less.
