Flat Seat
Folks;
Out of curiosity, does any one make an aftermarket seat for the Brozz, Hawk style Enduro bikes that is more or alot flatter than the stock seat? Thanks in advance Carl |

From what I've seen, the tbr7 and csc tt250 have a flatter seat than the hawk stock.

For me i had to adjust the handlebars more forward so that i was less pressed against the raised section of the seat.

I freaking love that seat lol it's a darn good thing it's so fat and padded to as the pegs are way to far forward for comfy standing on a longish ride.
My butts opinion aside, it would be a fairly simple operation to plank that stock seat pan. The pan is the only fiddly bit making a seat if you're interested in some simple DIY I could point you to some good resources for seat how to's. I'm not sure if linking outside the forum is smiled upon here. Probably the easiest search for usable info would to be looking up cafe racer seat builds as decent ones usually get bespoke seats. |

Quiet a few members here have removed the seat vinyl and shaved the foam down then recovered. I've been wanting to shave that hump off my Hawk seat for years. Just never got around to it. Too many irons in the fire I guess.

I added handlebars a little wider with less pullback and it helps keep me off the hump... and it's easier on my wrists.
Seat concepts makes a lower seat, but I'm not sure it's any flatter.

I grabbed a Coleman Maddog seat cover, I think should help level things out. It just arrived in the mail so I will post pics later after I get time to put it on.

I know this thread is a tad out of date but I'm wondering how this worked out for you. I've got just over 100 miles of seat time in on the Hawk and I cuss out that hump every single mile. But I don't love the idea of reshaping and recovering, and I wouldn't mind adding height instead of removing it. Yesterday I actually sat back on the pillion section for a bit to give my back and ass a break.
