Looking forward to seeing reviews on the led bulb! Curious to hear how it fits in the headlamp housing in addition to light pattern etc. course I still have the original 2015 headlamp reflector assembly on my bike...

Jontando, if you can, I'd love to see a pic of the LED beam pattern on a wall at 25 feet.

Must be a misprint because it says it's 7400k CSC is offering 2 types: 36 watt with a different type of heat sink And a: 20 watt both rated at 3000 lumen |

I'm so confused about the light ratings. Is the stock light that terrible? I see tons of these bulbs online. So get one with the heat braid, and 3000lm minimum?

It was a huge difference just going to 55/60 watt bulb and I have not
Heard of anyone having an issue with the lense because of the extra heat. But these LED's are cool(no pun intended)with their lower wattage and higher lumen capability. |

Before I cut a hole in the back of the headlight housing, the extra heat from the 55W/60 bulb definitely created some bubbling at the top of the plastic reflector. Since cutting the hole, the damage has not worsened.

Color Temp Color Description 3000K Yellow Emits a yellow light. Often used in place of halogen fog lamps. 5000K Pure White Emits a pure white light. This is the color of choice for most car manufactures and can be found equipped on a wide range of vehicles. Used if you want the most light output and the best performance. 6000K Crystal White Emits a pure white light with a very subtle hint of blue, this is the most popular color choice for aftermarket HID installs. 8000K Light Blue Emits a more blue light than 6000K but is not defined as true blue because it has a hint of white. 10,000K Blue Emits a dark blue light output that is close to violet in the color spectrum. Visibility is significantly decreased. 12,000K Violet Emits a violet/purple light. This color has the least light output and should not be used for nighttime driving.

Is CSC selling the updated Headlight housing? Didn't I read that it was more suited to spreading LED light than the original reflector?
