Those specs are not accurate. I know it weighs more than that. It does come with an electric start. Not sure of the power specs.

Front tire is a 80/100x21. Rear is a 110/90x18.

Just know, it does not come with a speedo or horn. It also has knobby tires. If you want to look at something similar, go to the Honda dealer and look at a CRF250X. It is very similar. There are also pictures of the bike earlier in this post.

Interesting thing about the MSO. The bike had one in the crate. It stated "off road use only". A few days later, the dealer sent us another one without that stamp. The bike has two tags stating EPA and CARB compliance.

My son received the parts today as promised. Now he needs to take the MSO to get it titled. I don't expect a problem here. We did this before with a China bike.

Now, the inspection ... Thats a different story. Those knobby tires may need to be replaced. Hope not!

BTW. Here is a link to a great speedo! When we get it calibrated, we'll reply with the top speed of the bike.

I have the vapor on my bike. If your front wheel is 21'', it might be close enough that you wont want to mess with it.

If you're in WV, you'll need the FMVSS statement on the MCO. Be sure to stipulate that when you request the official MCO from the dealer. Even if you are elsewhere, that statement should be included on the MCO.

I think it should state:

"This vehicle conforms to all federal motor vehicle safety standards at the time of manufacture."
